Rick Ross
Rick Ross has reigned supreme on the Miami rap scene and the national music charts since releasing his #1 debut album in 2006. Since then, the "Teflon Don" has recorded three more hit albums and is working on his fifth. Rick Ross tour dates are scheduled periodically throughout 2011. Born William Leonard Roberts II in Mississippi, he moved to Miami at a young age and attended Albany State University on a football scholarship before focusing his energies on his rhyming skills. Rick Ross made a name for himself by touring and performing alongside his mentor, Trick Daddy, in the early 2000s. He was signed to Trick Daddy's label, Slip-n-Slide, and released his debut album, Port of Miami, in 2006. The album broke records when it debuted at #1. Rolling Stone magazine hailed the debut disc as the rap album of the summer. The album featured two hit singles, the Platinum certified "Hustlin", and the top ten rap track "Push It". The album was certified Gold and Ross became an overnight rap sensation. Rick Ross tour dates were the hottest ticket of Summer, 2011 and he quickly went back into the studio to record the follow-up.
Ross released his sophomore set, Trilla, to similar fanfare in 2008. The album also debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 and was certified Gold. It featured the Platinum single, "The Boss", and earned the rapper the #4 position on MTV's list of the "Hottest MCs in the Game". Rick Ross tour dates were scheduled across the country to promote the disc and he wrote rhymes for his third album Deeper Than Rap. Ross also created his own imprint, Maybach Music Group, which is distributed through Warner Bros. Records. The label had a #1 album on their hands when Ross released Deeper Than Rap in 2009. Ross was quick to follow-up in 2010 with Teflon Don. This album debuted at #2 on the Billboard 200, his first album not to debut at #1. For the disc, Ross earned a nomination at The Source Awards for "Man of the Year", and he garnered a nomination at the BET Awards 2011 for "Best Male Hip Hop Artist".
Rick Ross is the latest mogul to emerge in the Hip-Hop world, with a record label, #1 albums, and Platinum plaques to his credit. In addition, he is recording a collabo album with Diddy entitled Bugatti Boy and working on his sixth album, God Forgives, I Don't, which are both scheduled for release in 2011. ICAL (short for iCalendar) is a standard calendar format that allows you to transfer events from one calendar to another via an .ics file format. An .ics file can have a single event or a list of events. You can download the .ics file and import it into your calendar for a snapshot of the data or you can subscribe and let your calendar program update the event data in your calendar automatically.
CSV
CSV (short for "comma-separated values") is a simple data format that many programs, such as Microsoft Excel, use for importing and exporting data.
You can import a list of events into Microsoft Outlook, Yahoo! Calendar, and other tools by using this CSV file.
RSS
RSS is a regularly updated summary of events that can be viewed through an RSS reader, along with links to full versions of events. When you subscribe to an RSS feed of events, you'll receive a summary of new events through your RSS reader. When you click on an RSS button, your browser may display a page of web code; if this happens, review your reader's documentation on how to subscribe to an RSS feed.
RSS readers are as numerous as the stars on a clear night during a concert at the park. To find a reader, try Google or ask your friends what they use.
